You Don't Have to Know Everything To Do Anything!
If you do any fix-it work around home, you know that a hammer, a screwdriver and a pair of pliers will cover most of your needs. The same is true in life. You don't have to know everything to do anything. Usually, there's a very small core set of essential beliefs, values and skills that will give you most of the bang for your buck. While most teachers use repetitive exercises in hopes that you'll figure out the best ways to solve problems, we believe that if you know the key beliefs, values, and strategies before you try to do any exercise, you'll start from a position of knowledge, not ignorance.
Beliefs
We believe:
- There are simple ways to approach the challenges of life, but most people choose complex ways.
- There are optimal strategies for building relationships, solving problems, and achieving your dreams.
- That these mindsets are simple and elegant, not complex or difficult.
- That anyone can learn them easily.
We value:
- People and their potential for living a good life.
- Outstanding mental software (most people call it genius).
- Learning the best mindsets and sharing them with others.
- Effortless achievement.
- Succeeding without struggle. (No pain, all gain.)
There are simple step-by-step ways to solve any problem, achieve any goal, or do anything.
We aren't interested in all of the exceptions to the rule; we're only interested in the optimal strategies the apply most of the time.
This blog is about simple, sound bite wisdom even though this posting is a little long.
